Where is my order?
All orders are delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday & Wednesday deliveries run from 3PM Until 8PM. Wednesday Morning deliveries run from 8AM until 12:00PM. Sunday is the last day to finalize your order and submit a payment for the following weeks delivery. If you haven't made a payment you won't recieve a box.
Where is your store located, and what are the hours? Can I pick up a box?
We are located at 5221 Young Pine Road in east Orlando. We primarily offer home delivery but if you'd prefer to pickup at our facility just let us know and we can make arrangements.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver to the entire metro Orlando area including Apopka, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Winter Garden, Windemere, Winter Park, St Cloud, Winter Springs, Wedgefield, Oveido and all points in between.
Is everything you offer grown in Florida?
No, we try to buy as much Florida grown produce as possible but due to the seasonal nature of produce we'll work with other farms and shippers for fresh harvested produce to maintain the the right mix of products for our boxes year round. If you're a farmer, grower, or shipper of fresh produce send us your availability, pricing, and any other details to [email protected] for consideration.
Is everything you offer grown Organic?
Some products are certified Organic but we work with a variety of growers who use more sustainable methods of production such as hydro/Aquaponics that require less water and don't require ANY pesticides or chemical fertalizers that are permitted in "organic"products. We prefer to work with local farms to deliver super fresh produce that doesn't travel across the world, prevents fungus and bacteria growth from sitting in a warehouse or on a truck. Each week our menu changes and so do our suppliers but we don't work with large factory farms or monocropper.
What is the difference between the boxes?
12+ Varieties fruits, vegetables, and herb. Ideal for small meals and healthy snacks for 1-2 people. 20+ Varieties of Fresh and Local Produce. Most variety for families or fruit & veggie lovers. The big box offers even more variety including 20 different fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Perfect for families or fruit and veggie lovers..
What size box is right for me?
If you're a household of 2 or more that eats a lot of salads, juices, or is vegetarian, you definately want the big box. The starter box is a 1/2 bushel box and the big box is 1.8 bushel box. Box weight varies from week to week but the big box weight around 25-30lbs and the starter weights around 12 lbs
Can I just order one-time or bi-weekly?
Sure thing. If you want to try us out just select your box size and choose the one-time delivery. You can add your weekly or bi-weekly subscription later by placing a new order.
Do I have to stay with the same order forever?
Not at all. You can upgrade, downgrade or pause weekly.
How do your prices compare to those of the supermarkets?
Our prices tend to be very competitive compared to the big chain grocery stores. And of course, the quality & taste of our produce is superior to the grocery store plus we bring it right to your door.
How fresh is your produce?
We don't warehouse our products and n many cases our produce is harvested within a week of delivery to ensure the freshest high quality products.
Left overs and misfit or imperfect produce is donated to the Faith Methodist church that runs a food bank for families that are food insecure.Do you offer anything besides produce?
Nope. Just fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. When you setup your account you can tell us what you don't like and we'll do our best to accomidate your preferences.
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes. If you're dissatisfied with any of your produce, service, or delivery, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.
Is there membership, delivery, registration, annual, or other hidden fees?
Nope. We keep it simple big box or starter box.
Do I have to be home to receive a delivery?
No! We'll deliver your box to the front door unless you give us special instructions. We offer morning and evening deliveries to fit your schedule.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes. Please include any special instructions during checkout for a successful delivery.
Should I call you if I need to skip a delivery?

I forgot I had a delivery today. I don't want it. Can I still cancel it?
Unfortunately on delivery day we've already purchased and packaged your order. You could donate it to a food bank, gift your box to a neighbor, friend, relative, or local wildlife
I live in a gated community. Can I still get deliveries?
Yes. Please take the needed steps for our delivery driver to access your delivery location. (eg. Notify your security guard or add Get Florida Produce to your list of approved vendors.) Please notify us in the delivery instructions about gate codes or where specifically the box should be delivered.
I live in an apartment building. Can I still get deliveries?
Yes, Please provide additional details about how to access your complex, find your apartment, the floor number and best way to find your unit within the complex.
Can you please deliver another day?
We currently offer 2 deliveries days Tuesday Evening and Wednesday Morning.
What time of the day will the delivery be made?
Morning deliveries will happen before noon in most cases. Evening deliveries will be delivered by 9pm
The website said I would get... and I didn't get any! :(
Our menu is always changing and we can't guarantee specific items from week to week because a variety of reasons. You can send in a request and we'll do our best to accomidate..
I received a bad produce item/I am missing a produce item, what now?
Occasionally a bad item might slip by us, or we might miss an item when packing your box. If you receive any produce that you are not happy with, or you are missing an item, just fill out the form Report a Bad Item
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard credit/debit cards. We can not accept SNAP payments at the moment.
